I am a bonafide, 100% WordPress design convert. I spent years designing and managing the implementation of custom designed websites. It was such a pain. With the constant tweaks to the design by the client, the jumping through hoops to make even the most minor of updates as well as the time it takes to create a custom designed site, it became impossible to monetize without charging more than the clients budget could normally handle.

Enter WordPress

Once I found WordPress everything changed. The ease of picking out a template with a client, so they know exactly what they are getting, the simplicity of the content management system and the integration with a blogging system made it the perfect fit for all of our clients. I’ve got everyone switched over and they are all loving it. Apparently, I’m not alone. As this graphic illustrates, there are a ton of people and businesses using WordPress in the world.

Pressing Words of Change

So if you are not on WordPress, it might be time to make the switch.  There is a full quarter of the population using WordPress design services.  This fact is a pretty big testament to the power it offers.
